strength of a mother is sometimes truly underestimated. i mean we all turn to 'her' but we seldom appreciate 'her'. except maybe on mother's day. i hit an epipahny just. a lot of times, i turn to my mother for advise and guidance. often times, i find myself just thinking about her (beside god) when i need to strength/courage to pull something through. when the going gets tough at work, i look to her. when i'm feeling unwell, i run to her for comfort. when i need someone to give me some objective (and sometimes biased) views, i speak to her. though i may not have told her in many words, but i've always appreciated how she pulled through the 15 years the father was away. how i'm truly sorry for all the heartaches that i've put her through. a lot of people may think of her as being very 'niao' or very 'kor tak' with regards to certain aspects of our family life. but i truly understand where she is coming from. i just hope that the brother would understand her sooner, and that the father would continue to treat her well. i don't think we can fully comprehend how 伟大 a mother can truly be.

she's really the glue that holds everyone of us together.

she is my pillar.

and i can only hope that i'll be as strong as her when i become a mother.
